Northern Ireland wedding videography

Wedding Videography Packages Northern Ireland

We provide Northern Ireland wedding videography through four package options: Essentials, Extended, Wedding Day Documentary and Signature. Each one is built around cinematic storytelling, documentary coverage and the level of filming a couple wants for their wedding day, with style and duration discussed through the enquiry process.

Ask about your wedding date

Choosing a wedding videography package is easier when you start with the shape of your day, not the package name. A short, simple celebration needs different coverage from a wedding that moves from morning preparations to ceremony, portraits, speeches, first dance and evening celebrations.

We film weddings across Northern Ireland with a focus on cinematic storytelling: real voices, natural movement, careful audio and the emotional details couples are often too busy to take in on the day. The right package is the one that protects the moments you would most want to hear and see again.

Our work

A package shaped around your day

Every wedding we film follows the couple's actual day, not a template. The package you choose simply sets how much of that day we capture, from the quiet details through to the evening celebration.

The four E Vision Productions package options

We offer four named wedding videography packages. Current inclusions should always be confirmed through the service page or contact form, but the package structure helps couples decide what level of coverage to discuss.

Essentials

Best for: focused celebrations where the ceremony, vows and key moments matter most.

Essentials is for couples who want focused coverage of the key moments. It suits a simpler wedding day where the priority is a polished film of the parts that matter most, rather than a fuller record of every stage.

This may be the right starting point if you want ceremony-led coverage, a shorter finished film, or a clean introduction to professional wedding videography without adding coverage you do not need.

Extended

Best for: couples who want the build-up, ceremony and reception highlights to breathe.

Extended is for couples who want more breathing room in the day. It gives space for a wider range of moments, which may include parts of the reception, speeches, first dance or extra atmosphere around the ceremony and venue.

For many Northern Ireland weddings, this is where planning details begin to matter: travel between locations, timing for portraits, indoor audio and how much of the evening you want preserved.

Wedding Day Documentary

Best for: couples who want the complete shape of the wedding day preserved, from preparations through to the evening story.

The Wedding Day Documentary package is for couples who want a fuller record of the story. It is less about a single highlight and more about the flow of the day: preparations, ceremony, family reactions, speeches, venue details and the quieter moments in between.

This kind of coverage is useful when vows, speeches and the natural rhythm of the day matter as much as the most cinematic shots.

Signature

Best for: couples who want the most complete film collection and room for extra creative coverage.

Signature is the most complete package level for couples who want a longer, richer wedding film. It is the option to discuss if you want the fullest version of your day captured, with more time for atmosphere, movement, detail and story.

Selected package features may include elements such as multiple cameras, a second camera operator, recap or social media films, drone videography and longer film lengths. These are package-dependent, so confirm what applies to your date and location.

Finding the right fit

How to choose the right package

Start with your must-have moments. If the ceremony and first dance are enough, a focused package may fit. If you know you will want speeches, family reactions, morning preparations and evening atmosphere, choose a package with enough coverage to include them properly.

A wedding film is not only about what happens in front of the camera. Clear audio, calm timing, careful editing and enough coverage time all affect the final result. A package that looks smaller on paper can feel limiting if the day is spread across several locations or if the key moments happen late in the evening.

Northern Ireland timelines and practical planning

Northern Ireland weddings often move between home, hotel, church, civil ceremony room, coast, countryside and reception venue. That movement can make the day feel wonderful, but it also affects filming. Tell us where preparations, ceremony and reception will take place, whether you expect travel between locations, and which parts of the day matter most. Belfast city weddings, Causeway Coast weddings and rural venue days all have different timing pressures.

Weather and light are also part of the planning. A good package choice leaves enough space to work with the day as it actually unfolds, not only the schedule on paper.

Questions to ask before you enquire

What to send with your enquiry

You do not need a finished running order before asking about packages. Send your wedding date, ceremony and reception locations, rough timings, and the parts of the day you care about most.

If you are unsure, say so. A good enquiry can be a conversation: what you want the film to feel like, how complete you want the record to be, and which package gives enough coverage without adding unnecessary extras.

Common questions

FAQs

How many packages do you offer?

Four: Essentials, Extended, Wedding Day Documentary and Signature. The right one depends on how much of your day you want filmed and which moments you would most regret missing.

Can the style or length of the film be tailored?

Yes. Style and length are discussed as part of your enquiry. Some couples want a shorter cinematic highlight; others want the full arc of the day preserved. We'll shape the edit around what matters to you.

Are multiple cameras and drone footage included?

Selected features such as multiple cameras, a second operator, recap films and drone videography are package-dependent. Drone filming is also subject to permission, airspace, weather and venue rules, so confirm what applies to your date.

How long does delivery usually take?

Most couples receive their finished wedding film within six to eight weeks of their wedding day.

How do we get a recommendation?

Share your date, venue or planned locations, and the kind of film you want to watch back. We'll suggest the package that fits your day rather than asking you to guess from names alone.
